Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If you will be checking in after 9 PM we ask that you let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We will be happy to securely store your luggage if you arrive before check in. We will also hold it for you after check out if needed.
Yes, we offer a full American complimentary breakfast for all of our guests. We also accommodate special dietary needs including gluten free and vegan.
Breakfast is served in the dining room at a single large table for all guests. We will ask you what time you would like to eat - typically between 7 AM and 9 AM.
You are welcome to bring in food from outside but ask that you eat in the Gathering room and NOT take food into any of the bedrooms.
No, we are a non-smoking home. We do not permit smoking anywhere on the property.
Storybook Cottage is pet friendly but you and your pet must abide by our house rules for pets.. 1. While in residence all pets must be on a leash when in any of the common areas of the inn. 2. Pets may not be left unattended in a guest's room at any time. 3. If you need to leave your pet at Storybook Cottage to take part in an event (such as a concert at the SPAC in Saratoga Springs or to go to dinner at a location which does not allow pets) and you cannot leave your pet in your vehicle while you participate in the event, we may be able to provide pet sitting services for you, at additional cost. You must contact us in advance to arrange for pet sitting services.
